Cream Cheese Pie
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- can of sweetened condensed milk
- vanilla extract (can't remember the exact amount so I just use a cap full)
- graham cracker pie crust (deep)
- optional: your favorite pie filling, fresh fruit, whip cream
- combine all ingredients in large bowl. stir/blend
- pour into pie crust and cover
- refrigerate over night or unti set (not runny)
- top with your favorite fruit topping or pie filling
I used this recipe for a Fourth of July picnic and decorated it with blue berries, strawberries (cut in 1/4), and whip cream to make the flag. The recipe is one my Dad made every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I believe he got it from a Philidelphia Cream Cheese box.
